Welcome to Drinks With Andy. I am Andy - amateur mixologist and avid storyteller. I got my start making drinks after attending a mixology class hosted by Ted Kilgore - famed mixologist and owner of St. Louis-based Planter's House. The class was a Christmas gift from my wife - Mrs. Drinks With Andy (DWA). It gave me the foundation to create and curate delicious and fun cocktails, and as Mrs. DWA will tell you, "It's the gift that keeps on giving."

If you know me at all, you know I love to share stories. I love to spend time with family and friends. And I love to enjoy a good adult beverage. Combine all three and you've got Drinks With Andy!

I was born and raised in St. Louis, Mo. I'm the father of two amazing kiddos who like to help out with this little space of mine. You may see them in some of my posts, and I can assure you they're funnier than I'll ever be. I am a sports fanatic and love to cheer on the best sports teams in town, the St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues! Fun fact that I may share with you over drinks one day - Mrs. DWA and I got engaged at Busch Stadium after a Cardinals game!

When I'm not mixing cocktails, spending time with the kids or cheering on my hometown, you can find me on the golf course, at an Irish dance feis, or coaching my son.
